How do I return an item?
Please click My Account to select your order and request a return authorization.
E.J. Sears offers returns on new, unopened, items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Generally we respond within one business day. Please use a secure shipping method to send the item back using the address in your RMA email. If the return was a result of an error on our part we will provide a return label. Please include a copy of your return paperwork in your package & write your RMA# on the outside of your package.
Once the item has been received EJS will review the return and issue a refund within 5 business days. If the return was a result of an error on our part we will exchange the item at no additional cost. All other returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items received that do not meet our return requirements may be refused with no credit issued. Also, we don't refund original shipping charges.
