What is your return policy?

We hope that you love what you ordered. but in case you don't - E.J. Sears offers returns on new, unopened, items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start the return process please log-into your account and click Request Return Authorization. Generally we respond within one business day. Please use a secure shipping method to send the item back using the address in your RMA email. If the return was a result of an error on our part we will provide a return label. Please include a copy of your return paperwork in your package & write your RMA# on the outside of your package.

Once the item has been received EJS will review the return and issue a refund within 5 business days. If the return was a result of an error on our part we will exchange the item at no additional cost. All other returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items received that do not meet our return requirements may be refused with no credit issued. Also, we don't refund original shipping charges.

Your refund will be in the form of your original payment.
